The Hoboken Zephyrs got a good effort from starter Bill Swift in defeating the Bay City Bluebirds at Thunder Bears Grounds. The final score was 6-2. Hoboken, at 107-52, is 23½ games up in the Bitcoin Cash.

Joe Visner had a big 2-run home run for the Zephyrs in the top of the fourth inning. With Hoboken leading 1-0 and a runner on 1st, he got a fastball from Cannonball Titcomb and swatted a home run to right-center. It was his 6th home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Zephyrs ahead, 3-0.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Swift told the Hoboken Times.
